DELIVERY  PRICES  DISCOUNTS

Postage costs for individual countries, methods of payment available and details of our discount system are offered in the list below.

Please note that our goods will only be dispatched in insured packages with our couriers FEDEX and DHL.

Prices | Tax | Custom
All prices in our shop include German VAT. Delivery to countries outwith the EU, will be made tax-free. You will see tax-free prices during checkout after a non EU delivery country has been selected.
Customers should be aware of customs regulations applying to the country in question. Extra charges are on behalf of customer.

Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:

- Credit card: Visa, Euro/Mastercard
- Debit Card: Visa Electron, Poste Pay, Servi Red, Carte Bleu
- Invoice (only deliveries in Germany, starting with your second order)
- Prepayment. Delivery after receipt of payment
- PayPal

Please note: Goods will only be dispatched to first time customers or customers ordering from abroad following receipt of payment.

Discounts
Please take advantage of our discounts system.
For every Euro of your purchase you will receive payback points worth 3% of your order. Payback points can be redeemed the following order.
For orders worth more than 250€ you will receive a 2% discount
No discount for gift vouchers and treatments

Limitations of delivery
Dr.Hauschka products will only be delivered to European Union and EFTA countries.
The purchase is limited to three pieces of each product.
