SEARCH AND FIND PRODUCTS
You can find products on our website in different ways: First of all, the products are accessible via the brands. Within the brands there are subcategories. All products can also be found in product categories, which you can filter by brand. With the comfortable search function you can go directly to the article.
PRODUCT NOT FOUND
The online shop contains the products of our most important manufacturers. In addition, we have a variety of products from smaller manufacturers in our shop, as well as a number of specialties. Are you looking for something very special or unusual, we look forward to your request.
FILTER PRODUCT LISTS
In the partly extensive product lists you have filter options at your disposal. On the one hand, you can have only products of selected brands displayed, or filter out products suitable for your skin type.
PRODUCT DETAILS
On the product detail page you will find a detailed description and the declaration of ingredients.
THE WISH LIST
After you have logged in, you can add products to your personal favourites by clicking on the little heart. You will find the list in the upper right corner next to the shopping cart symbol. From this list you can add products directly to your shopping cart. This is especially helpful if you regularly order the same products.
TRIALS
We have a variety of small packages and sachets available. Each order is accompanied by samples, with which we hope to meet your taste. If you have sample requests, we will be happy to receive them and try to fulfill them - as far as we can.
BUY PRODUCTS
Just add your products to the shopping cart. On the shopping cart page you have all possibilities to change quantities or remove products.
REGISTRATION AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Before completing your order you must register so that we have all the necessary information to process your order. In your customer account you can create different addresses and define which one should be used as billing or shipping address. Addresses can be added or changed at any time. Furthermore, your customer account gives you an overview of your order history, the delivery status of your order and the status of your points account for our bonus system.
ORDER
If you have registered, you can continue the order process. Choose a payment method and check all items again on the order page. Here you also have the possibility to choose or change addresses. If you would like to give us information about your order, you can use the message field here. After you have accepted our terms and conditions, you can complete the order. If you pay with Paypal or credit card, you will be redirected to enter your payment data.
PAYMENT
You can pay comfortably and securely via encrypted connections with Paypal, various credit and debit cards. With the payment method prepayment the dispatch takes place after receipt of payment. From your second purchase on, you have the option of purchasing on account for deliveries within Germany.
AFTER THE ORDER
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after your order. Afterwards we will compile the order in our warehouse and inform you again by email as soon as the finished package leaves us. Should there be any delays or problems, we will of course inform you. You can get information about tracking directly from our parcel service.
CHANGES TO THE ORDER
If you want to change something about your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package has not yet left our house, all changes are possible.
SHIPPING TRACKING DELIVERY
We deliver in parcels from DHL or FEDEX. From these you will receive tracking information by email.
Please check the package for external damages already at delivery. In case of strong visible damages you have the possibility to refuse the acceptance, the package will be returned to us. In case of damage or other problems and complaints, please contact us. We will try to solve all problems in a fair and smooth way.
DATA PROTECTION
