Tip 1: Apply 1 drop of essential oil to the scent cloth handkerchief or healing wool and fix it to clothing or place it in your hand.

Tip 2: Apply 50 ml almond oil bio 1 - 2 drops lavender sage bio 3 - 5 drops Litsea bio* Mix the oils and massage the body oil into the heart in stroking movements.

Tip 3: Add 1-2 drops of lavender sage to the wash water to activate it. Emulsify in cream, coffee cream or honey. Mix with the washing water and wash to the heart in invigorating, activating movements.
