Clean your hair first with a silicone-free shampoo such as khadi Rose Shampoo. Medium blonde or lighter hair as well as blond, streaked or heavily damaged hair, we recommend you pre-treat with khadi Pure Henna or Light Brown. This way you prepare your hair optimally for khadi plant hair color dark brown.

Mix khadi Dark Brown with 50 degree hot water until you have a smooth paste. Distribute it evenly in your hair with a brush: strand by strand to the tips. If you only want to dye your roots, leave out the lengths and tips.

Leave the natural hair color on for between 30 and 120 minutes. The longer it is left on, the darker the color result will be. To refresh the color, you only need 15 to 30 minutes. Then rinse with clean water and you're done.

Do not use shampoo for 24 to 48 hours, because in this time the color depth unfolds. Then use a khadi hair oil to fix the color pigments. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it out with a natural shampoo. This way your dark brown will last longer.

Note: Every hair is different just as we are all different. Therefore, the results with natural hair colors can be different. It is best to test khadi dark brown first on an inconspicuous test strand.

    with Khadi Black or Indigo  for a deeper color result.
    with Khadi Nut Brown for a lighter, softer brown.
