Water
Water is the most common ingredient in cosmetics. It is used as a solvent and helps to hydrate the skin. We use our own BÖRLIND deep spring water in the production process at our site: it is extracted from a depth of 166 meters and is characterized by its pure quality.

The vegetable oil component is easily absorbed by the skin and leaves no greasy film.
ALCOHOL
pure undenatured ethyl alcohol, drinking alcohol
The pure (undenatured) drinking alcohol obtained by fermentation from plants containing starch or sugar is required as a solvent for extracts and active ingredients. It also has a refreshing, toning and preservative effect.

The particularly efficient, so-called broadband light protection filter protects against both UVA and UVB radiation. It therefore enables a balanced sun protection formulation with a high sun protection factor (SPF).

Titanium dioxide
The natural mineral titanium dioxide serves as a carrier substance. It is also used as a light protection filter.

Fragrance ingredient contained in perfume blends. According to the Cosmetics Ordinance, to be listed separately in the list of ingredients. Benzyl alcohol is also used as a preservative.
PANTHENOL
D-panthenol/provitamin B5
This provitamin improves the elasticity of the skin and accelerates cell renewal. It has a moisturizing and regenerating effect.
XANTHAN GUM
Xanthan
Xanthan gum is obtained by fermentation from plant substrate and is used as a natural gelling agent.

The co-emulsifier obtained from plant substances combines water with oil.

Sorbitol
Sorbitol, derived from plant starch, has a moisturizing effect and is also used as a carrier system for powdery plant active ingredients.
TOCOPHERYL ACETATE
Tocopheryl acetate/provitamin E
Provitamin E, derived from plant oils, acts as an antioxidant and thus protects against free radicals and therefore premature skin aging. It also prevents UV-induced skin damage.
SUCROSE STEARATE
Stabilizer, (co-)emulsifier
The stabilizers and co-emulsifiers obtained from plant substances bind water with oil.
ALUMINA
Aluminium oxide
Mineral aluminium oxide is traditionally used in naturopathy. In cosmetics, it is used to stabilize UV filters and colorants and optimize their effect.
STEARIC ACID
Fatty acid
The fatty acid obtained from various vegetable oils is a consistency enhancer in emulsions. It also nourishes and smoothes the skin.
SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS SEED OIL [JOJOBA]
Jojoba oil
The liquid wax obtained from the seeds of the jojoba shrub has a smoothing, nourishing and protective effect. It is easily absorbed without being greasy and has UV-absorbing properties.

The sodium alginate obtained from brown algae is used as a gelling agent. It also has a moisturizing effect.

Calcium salt of alginic acid
The calcium alginate obtained from brown algae is used as a natural gelling agent. It also has a moisturizing effect.
GLYCINE SOJA OIL [SOYBEAN]
Soybean oil
The oil obtained from soybeans contains vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids. It is a good skin protector and makes dry, flaky skin supple again.
LINALOOL
Fragrance
Fragrance ingredient contained in perfume blends. Must be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the Cosmetics Ordinance.
GLYCERYL CAPRYLATE
Fat component
The fat component obtained from vegetable fatty acids and vegetable glycerine stabilizes emulsions. It also has a moisturizing and nourishing effect.
SQUALANE
Squalane
Squalane, which is obtained from sugar cane or olives, is very similar to the skin's natural squalene. The vegetable oil leaves the skin feeling silky and non-greasy. It has a smoothing and moisturizing effect.

The lecithin obtained from soy or sunflowers has a nourishing effect and stabilizes emulsions.
